Kalyani Soman

Kalyani Soman is an experienced Integrated Services and Analytics leader at Atmus Filtration Technologies, with a tenure beginning in July 2022. Prior to this role, Kalyani Soman spent over 14 years at Cummins Inc., where titles included VPI Sourcing Manager, Senior Sourcing Analyst, and Product Engineer/Technical Specialist. Responsibilities included leading medium to large-scale new product development programs, managing cross-functional global teams, and providing technical leadership for product design and release using Value Package Introduction and Change processes. Kalyani Soman holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from V.I.T., Pune, complemented by a PMFE Level 2 certification and 6S DFSS Green Belt certification. Prior experience also includes an Operations Management Engineer role at Cummins India Limited, where Kalyani Soman successfully developed and optimized a fixture for super finishing cam shafts.
