Michalee Grimm is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Baltimore Aircoil Company since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michalee worked as a Service Engineer at ATN Hoelzel LP since May 2021, with over 20 years of expertise in Quality and Nondestructive Testing/Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE/NDT), holding a Level II certification and pursuing Level III ASNT qualification. Previous experience includes positions as Service Engineer on contract and Quality Assurance Manager at Timken Engineering and Research from February 2018 to April 2021, as well as a role as Nondestructive Testing Engineer. Michalee holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Welding Engineering Technology from AWS and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
