Dr. Eliot Kapit is an associate professor of physics and director of quantum engineering at Colorado School of Mines. His research focus is on quantum information science, particularly on routes to achieve practical and scalable quantum advantage in noisy, near-term hardware. He received his PhD in Physics from Cornell University in 2012.
