Kortny Rolston-Duce has over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, and partner programs. Kortny began their career in 1998 as a City Editor/Reporter for Post Register. In 2008, they joined Idaho National Laboratory as a Senior Communications Specialist. In 2013, they moved to Colorado State University as a Senior Communications Specialist. In 2015, they returned to Idaho National Laboratory as the Director of Communications for the Versatile Test Reactor project, as well as the Manager of Business Operations and Strategic Communications. In 2020, they joined Honeywell as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager for the Honeywell Quantum Solutions. In 2021, they joined Quantinuum as the Director of Global Communications and Engagement and the Senior Marketing Communications Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Director of Partner Programs for Atom Computing.

Kortny Rolston-Duce received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Montana and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University between 2017 and 2018.
