Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager HR at Wipro from June 2017 to February 2022, focusing on HR business partnership and change management across various sectors, as well as a summer internship at Idea Cellular Ltd in 2016, aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction. Neha's career began as a Systems Engineer at Infosys from August 2013 to May 2015, specializing in mainframe technology and managed services for the insurance industry. Neha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from Padmanava College of Engineering.
