Brian Lhota has a diverse work history in the gaming industry. Brian started their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at DreamForge and then joined Kush Games in 2002 in the same role. In 2005, they joined Big Huge Games as a Sr. Software Engineer before moving to Day 1 Studios in 2006, where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer and specialized in AI engineering for the game F. E. A. Brian continued to work at Day 1 Studios until 2011. In 2012, they joined both Big Huge Games and Impossible Studios as a Sr. Software Engineer. Then, in 2013, they joined Wargaming as a Sr. Software Engineer before becoming the Technical Lead at Imangi Studios, where they worked until 2019. Finally, in 2019, they became a Co-Founder of Grumpy Pixel, and recently in 2022, they started their current role as a Lead Gameplay Engineer at Atomic Arcade.
Brian Lhota studied at PennWest California, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. No specific start or end years were provided.
