Patrick Bonner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patrick started their career in 1993 as House Technical Staff/ATD at Fulton Opera House Foundation and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 2003, they worked as an Independent Contractor, specializing in roles such as Technical Producer, Associate Producer, and AV Tech for various companies including Clair Bros. Systems, Carlson Marketing, and Maritz Interactions. In 2003, they joined O'Brien's Agency as a Road Producer/Associate Producer. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Maritz as an Associate Producer/Road Producer. In 2005, they also volunteered as a Disaster Relief Volunteer for the American Red Cross. In 2009, they joined Atomic Design as an Account Manager and later became the Vice President in 2014.
Patrick Bonner attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Political Science. In addition to their education, they obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in October 2022.
