Alexander Packard

Alexander Packard is an accomplished executive coach and strategic advisor with extensive experience in high-growth companies across various industries, including healthcare and financial services. As the founder of Reflection Advisory since April 2022, Alexander provides executive coaching to CEOs. In addition, Alexander serves as an executive coach at Harvard Business School's Executive Education programs and as an executive advisor and interim Chief Operating Officer at Atomic, focusing on value-based care for seniors. Alexander has held prominent roles such as President and Chief Operating Officer at Iora Health, Chief Integration Officer at One Medical following its acquisition of Iora Health, and Chief Operating Officer at Outside The Classroom. Alexander's earlier career includes positions at Monitor Group and New Profit Inc. Alexander holds a B.S. in Political Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
