Steve Wagner has over 20 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Steve started their career in 2000 at Innovative Micro Technology as an Associate Engineer, where they worked until 2005. After that, they joined Atomica (formerly IMT) in 2018 as a Process Engineer II. In their current role, Steve is responsible for managing the plate/etch area and maintaining electro plating baths and wet etch chemistry. Steve is involved in various wet processes such as photolithography, resist stripping, Si wet/dry etching, metal wet etch, and deep via fill plating.
