Paul Wasicsek

Paul Wasicsek is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in customer service, IT management, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service Center International at ATOSS Software AG since June 2010, Paul leads a technical support team focused on resolving complex client queries and enhancing customer satisfaction, particularly in transitioning from on-premises to cloud solutions. Paul founded Danubius Software, providing consultancy for IT service center setups in Romania and Germany, and previously held significant roles such as Vice President at Ipsos Interactive Services, where Paul established a new business unit for North American clients, and Managing Director at Ciao | Shopping Guide GmbH, overseeing website development and strategy for the Romanian market. With a Master of Science in Automation and Applied Informatics from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara and additional qualifications in data protection, Paul's diverse background contributes to a strong foundation in both technical and managerial domains.
