Carla Boyer

Carla Boyer has extensive experience in mainframe infrastructure and systems programming, currently serving as the Manager of Mainframe Infrastructure at Airline Tariff Publishing Co. since April 1997, following a tenure as Manager of Mainframe, Middleware, and Databases. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Senior Systems Programmer at ACS, which was a mail distribution company in the Washington DC area, from August 1995 to March 1997. Carla began a career at Washington State University, progressing from Data Control Technician to Systems Programmer/Manager over a nearly two-decade span from 1976 to 1995. Carla pursued studies at Washington State University between 1978 and 1979.
