Eric Flanagan

Eric Flanagan possesses extensive experience in operations management and systems support, currently serving as the Operations Command Center Lead at ATPCO since April 2016. In this role, Eric manages the daily operations of a 24x7 team tasked with monitoring and managing infrastructure and applications. Prior to this, Eric held various leadership positions at Visa from 1993 to 2016, including Sr. Director roles focused on systems tools support and technology architecture, where Eric enhanced operational efficiencies and developed monitoring standards. Eric's career began at Airline Tariff Publishing Company as a Computer Operator, performing operational tasks on MVS systems.
