Ylyn R. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resource management. Currently serving as the People and Organization Partner Lead at ATRAM Group since March 2021, Ylyn R. also operates as a Shoepreneur and a co-founder of Stride Collective. As an independent consultant since 2018, Ylyn R. has worked with Assessment Analytics and various clients, providing expertise in organization development. Previous roles include HR Director at MDI-Novare Technologies, Head of Organization Development at UnionBank of the Philippines, and various HR positions at Intel and Jollibee Foods Corporation.
