Through its crossover strategy, Atreides Management, LP brings a long-term perspective to technology and consumer companies across public and private markets. Gavin Baker founded Atreides in January, 2019 after an 18 year career at Fidelity investments. While at Fidelity, he most recently managed the $17 billion OTC fund. Atreides employs 15 people who came from Highfields, Fidelity and Three Bays among others. Managing Director James Stanzler was 1 of 5 Partners at Highfields, which was a $12 billion hedge fund where he was responsible for Technology, Media and Telecommunications investments. Managing Director Hilary Natoff spent 17 years at Fidelity International where she was the co-Portfolio Manager of the Global Demographics fund and the Portfolio Manager of the Global Healthcare fund. Atreides has invested in ACV Auctions, Sonder, Drivenets, Eight Sleep, Druva, K Health, Nexar, Premise Data, Electric AI, Mythic AI and Xsight Labs among other venture and growth equity investments. Managing Partner & CIO Gavin Baker is currently on the board of directors for Xsight Labs, which is a semiconductor company in Israel focused on cloud infrastructure technologies.
