Bruce Silberman

Bruce Silberman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean business leadership and engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Lean Business Leader at Atrium Health since May 2013, Bruce has previously held roles such as Lean Director at Mueller Water Products and Reliability Excellence Lead at Cargill. Bruce's early career includes significant positions at Haldex Hydraulics, where tasks ranged from Advanced Product Quality Planning Global Manager to Lean Six Sigma Global Change Agent and Engineering Manager from 2000 to 2008. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and furthered education at the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business.
