Ed Dunlow

Ed Dunlow is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Improvement at Atrium Health since September 2011, Ed leads a team dedicated to enhancing quality outcomes across multiple facilities in the North Metro Region and Carolinas Rehabilitation. Prior to this, Ed held the position of Operational Improvement Advisor at Novant Health, where expertise as an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt was utilized to coach departments on Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Additionally, Ed managed laboratory services as the Assistant Director at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Educated at Pfeiffer University with a Master's in Health Administration and East Carolina University with a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Science, Ed combines academic knowledge with a proven track record in healthcare management.
