Kelley Hill-Phelps

Kelley Hill-Phelps currently serves as a Patient Connection Leader at Atrium Health, a position held since January 2021, after previously holding the role of Patient Connection Specialist Supervisor. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at CPI Security from November 1999 to August 2020, where Kelley held various leadership roles within the contact center. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Central Piedmont Community College, completed in May 2002.
