Lamonte Johnson

LaMonte Johnson is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Planning & Market Lead at Atrium Health since May 2016, following a tenure at Bank of America from December 2008 to August 2015 where various leadership roles were held, including SVP; Corporate Workplace Business Strategy Director. During the time at Bank of America, LaMonte directed real estate strategies for multiple banking divisions and led significant merger integrations, such as the Wealth Branch Optimization plan for the integration with Merrill Lynch. LaMonte began the career at Bank of America in June 1995, progressing through roles that involved managing extensive real estate activities and collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives. LaMonte holds an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
