Robert Silver has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in neonatology. Robert started their career as a Resident in Pediatrics at Fletcher Allen Health Care in 1990 and later became a Fellow in Neonatology. In 1996, they transitioned to Unifour Neonatology as a Neonatologist until 2001. Robert then joined Atrium Health as the Medical Director and also served as the Medical Director, Neonatology at MEDNAX. In 2007, they joined Carolinas Healthcare System as the Medical Director until their departure in 2019.
Robert Silver obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued Medicine at Hahnemann University from 1986 to 1990, earning an MD degree.
