Andreas Büchele has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Andreas started their career at Continental as a Diploma Degree Candidate. Andreas then joined Festool Engineering GmbH, where they held positions as Junior Consultant, Consultant, and eventually Senior Consultant. During their time at Festool Engineering, Andreas successfully managed consulting projects, implemented lean production practices, and led the optimization of value streams. In 2014, they joined Knorr-Bremse, initially as Director Lean Management, where they implemented process optimization strategies and developed shop floor management practices. Andreas later took on the role of Director Production System, where they oversaw factory planning, site development, logistics, and production IT. Most recently, Andreas worked as Director Operations at ATS Corporation.
Andreas Büchele obtained a Diploma in Wirtschaftsingenieur from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between 2004 and 2010.
