Dan Cremer has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Dan began their career in 1999 as a Nuclear Field Electronics Technician in the US Navy. Dan then served as an Auxiliaries Officer, responsible for the training, welfare, and safe operation of vital auxiliary equipment. After leaving the Navy in 2005, Dan joined ATS Corporation as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple projects and played a key role in company operations. Dan eventually became the Director of Production, leading a team and implementing lean strategies in a custom automation facility. In 2012, they took on the role of Director of Supply Chain Management, utilizing their expertise to develop functional specifications and system design for various software tools. Dan also served as the Director of Program Management, overseeing program management discipline and leading special projects. Most recently, they held the position of Sales Manager, focused on life science sales in Europe, before being promoted to Vice President of Sales for the same region at ATS Corporation.

Dan Cremer attended Texas A&M University from 1994 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. In 1999, they also attended Navy Nuclear Power School and Navy Nuclear Power Electronics "A" School, graduating from both programs. From 2006 to 2009, Dan pursued an MBA at Northern Illinois University. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Excel 2010 Expert from Microsoft. In 1991, Dan attended Southern, but no degree or field of study information is available for that period.
