Kathy is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Waterloo Wellington. Prior to this, Kathy held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at ATS Automation and Senior Change Leader at Agricorp. Kathy also has a strong background in HR Business Partner roles at Sun Life Financial, where they provided strategic advice and support to different areas of the company. Kathy's experience extends beyond the corporate sector, as they have also worked as the Head of Canadian Human Resources at Bentall Kennedy, a real estate investment advisor. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
