Curtly Critchlow is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in military leadership, software development, and economic analysis. Currently serving as a Second Lieutenant in the Guyana Defence Force since September 2020, Critchlow develops a Reserve Talent Management System and mentors fellow reservists in military skills. In addition, Critchlow works as a Flutter Developer at The @ Company and CCWC, leading business development initiatives and delivering product demonstrations. Previous roles include Safety Security Officer at Nabi-KCL, where Critchlow launched a mobile app for safety practices, and Economic and Financial Analyst I at the Ministry of Finance, where involvement in the Covid-19 relief program highlighted the ability to collaborate across organizations. An earlier position as Agronomist I at the Ministry of Agriculture involved significant digital transformation initiatives at the Guyana Livestock Development Authority.
