AT&T
David McAtee is responsible for all legal matters at AT&T. He was appointed General Counsel in October 2015.
David previously served as senior associate general counsel and had legal responsibility for all commercial litigation matters and all antitrust issues.
David joined AT&T in January 2012 as senior vice president and assistant general counsel. Prior to that, he was a partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an Am Law 100 firm based in Dallas, where he specialized in complex litigation matters, antitrust and government investigations. He also served as the administrative partner of the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, David was senior law clerk to U.S. District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas.
David is a former executive committee member of the State Bar of Texas, chair of the Board of Editors of the Texas Bar Journal, and chair of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has twice received a Presidential Citation by the State Bar of Texas for leadership in the bar and received a Leadership Award from TexasBarCLE for his contributions in support of continuing legal education.

Their content is distributed through basic networks, DTC (direct-to-consumer), theatrical, TV content, and games licensing. Other notable divisions are Xandr advertising and Otter Media Holdings. AT&T's Latin America segment provides wireless services and equipment in Mexico. Most recently, they have led the charge in the 5G wireless network. The strive to become the best broadband provider by utilizing the most transformative technology yet along with their multi-gig internet footprint. Today, AT&T's 5G technology reaches more than 255 million people across 16,000 cities and towns in the US. Cricket Wireless, Pacific Bell, Southwestern Bell, nextel, SBC Global Services, and Leap Wireless are a few of the noteworthy companies AT&T has acquired during their operations.
