Jasen Smith, MBA, serves as the Director of Data Science at AT&T since June 2015, leading a data science team focusing on volume forecast modeling, capacity planning, and various analytical strategies. In an additional role, Jasen spearheads AT&T’s Consumer Generative Artificial Intelligence Strategy, successfully scaling AI capabilities and generating over $100M in operational savings and revenue. Past positions include director-level roles in advanced analytics and marketing, along with managerial roles at Hewlett-Packard, Lowe's, Cracker Barrel, Kohl's, and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Academically, Jasen holds an MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University and an Associate degree from Blinn College. Jasen is also currently a board member on the Employment Impact Board for the MBA Program at Texas A&M.
