Nida Kia has extensive experience in operations and customer experience, currently serving as Managing Director of Operations at AT&T since May 2010. Nida has held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Customer Experience and Assistant Vice President for Broadband Marketing Strategy and Analysis, focusing on channel execution, cancel initiatives, and process improvement. Prior to AT&T, Nida worked at Hewlett-Packard as Associate Director of Corporate Strategy and held roles in financial planning and analysis. Nida began a career in finance with an internship at Eastman Kodak in 2005.
