Pascal is responsible for AT&T’s finance shared services, financial planning, corporate development, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, investor relations and corporate real estate.
Pascal previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WarnerMedia and the Administrative Officer of Turner Broadcasting System Inc., with responsibility for all of WarnerMedia’s financial operations as well as Turner’s global communications, facilities, human resources, legal, strategy and research, security and technology organizations. Prior to his role with WarnerMedia, Pascal served as Turner’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and Global Controller of Time Warner (now WarnerMedia).
Before joining the WarnerMedia family, Pascal was a partner in KPMG LLP’s Department of Professional Practice and was also a professional accounting fellow with the Office of the Chief Accountant at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Pascal is an honors graduate of St. John’s University where he received a BS in accounting. He received an MBA, with a concentration in corporate finance and management of organization, from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Previously, Pascal served on the Board of Directors of Davita Inc. (NYSE: DVA) where he Chaired the Audit Committee and was a Trustee of St. John’s University. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Prep for Prep and Sundance Institute.

Their content is distributed through basic networks, DTC (direct-to-consumer), theatrical, TV content, and games licensing. Other notable divisions are Xandr advertising and Otter Media Holdings. AT&T's Latin America segment provides wireless services and equipment in Mexico. Most recently, they have led the charge in the 5G wireless network. The strive to become the best broadband provider by utilizing the most transformative technology yet along with their multi-gig internet footprint. Today, AT&T's 5G technology reaches more than 255 million people across 16,000 cities and towns in the US. Cricket Wireless, Pacific Bell, Southwestern Bell, nextel, SBC Global Services, and Leap Wireless are a few of the noteworthy companies AT&T has acquired during their operations.
