Vice President Of Solution Architecture at Atypon

Rob Posadas has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Rob began their career at Eastman Kodak as a Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented user interface software for the Kodak Image Management systems. Rob then worked at Daisy Systems as a Software Engineer, where they redesigned the desktop user interface and developed an X11 server for Sun Microsystems workstations. Posadas then joined IBM as a Software Consultant before moving on to Micronics as a Principal Software Engineer. At Kubota Graphics, they served as a Lead Software Engineer.

Posadas joined Sun Microsystems in 1995 as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they led the Java 3D team and shipped four major releases of the software. After their time at Sun Microsystems, Posadas joined FindLaw, a Thomson Reuters business, as the Director of Technology. In this role, they led the development effort of all engineering projects, built and managed a team of over thirty employees, and drove major software architecture initiatives.

In 2014, Posadas co-founded AutoRepairConnect.com before transitioning to Atypon in 2015. At Atypon, they served as the Director of Solution Architecture and later became the Vice President of Solution Architecture.

Throughout their career, Posadas has consistently demonstrated strong technical expertise, leadership, and a focus on driving successful software development projects.

Rob Posadas attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
