With a strong background in client relations, Sean has successfully facilitated migration and onboarding for key clients while providing expert advice in pre- and post-sales contexts. Previous experience includes roles at HighWire Press, Inc. and Taylor & Francis Group, where Sean excelled in managing relationships, resolving technical issues, and achieving significant sales growth. Sean's extensive career began at Parson Weems Publisher Services, developing sales channels and fostering publisher relationships. Sean holds a BA in English Literature from George Mason University and a Web Development Certificate from New York University.
