Lauren Guy

Lauren Guy has extensive work experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and molecular genetics. Lauren began their career as a Junior Specialist at UC Davis School of Medicine, where they supported research efforts and produced monoclonal antibodies. Lauren then pursued a graduate degree at UC Irvine in the Microbiology and Molecular Genetics department. After completing their studies in 2012, they joined Prometheus Laboratories Inc., a Nestlé Health Science Company, as a Senior Research Associate. In 2016, they moved to Pierian Biosciences, where they held the position of Senior Research Associate. Lauren's most recent role was at aTyr Pharma, where they held several positions, including Temp Research Associate, Senior Research Associate II, Associate Scientist, and currently serves as a Scientist I.

Lauren Guy holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, which they obtained from UC Irvine. Lauren pursued their Master's degree from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Biology and Genetics.
