Cesar Ventura

Cesar Ventura is a culinary professional currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Auberge Resorts Collection since September 2023. Previously, Cesar held the position of Executive Sous Chef at White Barn Inn within the same collection. Prior to that role, experience includes serving as Chef De Cuisine, Kitchen Supervisor, and Chef De Partie at The Vanderbilt from July 2021 to September 2023. Earlier in the career, Cesar worked as Executive Pastry Chef Assistant and Pastry Assistant at Grupo Argentilia from 2017 to 2019, and completed an internship at Estimar by Rafa Zafra in 2016. Cesar holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, obtained in 2016.
