Reena Anand

Reena Anand is currently serving as the Director and CEO of Reena Anand Ltd, where a focus on neurodiversity coaching and consulting is paramount. In addition, Reena Anand is a Professional Associate at Leeds Beckett University, a Freeman of the City of London, and a partner with Flexa, assisting companies in becoming recognized as employers of choice. As a Co-production Board Member for Aubilities, Reena Anand guides the development of neurodivergent-friendly products and services. Reena Anand also holds a trustee position on the Management Committee of the Race Equality Foundation, providing strategic guidance. Previous work experience includes serving as an Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service and practicing as a solicitor specializing in property law at various firms. Educational qualifications include an LLB from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an LLM from UCL, and ongoing studies for a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching at Birkbeck, University of London.
