Alex Lutz de Azevedo

Alex Lutz de Azevedo is a seasoned project management professional with significant experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Auckland Council since February 2019, Alex has played a key role in the Project Specialisation Office, particularly with the Construction Performance Team, and successfully coordinated the Asset Risk Assessment Programme. Previous roles include Project Engineer at JC Alpha Construtora, where Alex managed multiple bank branch projects in São Paulo, and Consultant Project Engineer for the Amapá Government in Brazil. Earlier experience also includes working as a Site Engineer on the Pan American School of Bahia project and Assistant Site Engineer at OAS S.A. and MPR Construtora. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Salvador, completed in 2014.
