Cheilo Manalo

Cheilo Manalo is a Senior Project Manager at Auckland Council, with a career beginning in May 2013 and encompassing roles such as Senior Healthy Waters Specialist, Senior Project Manager for Healthy Waters Design & Delivery, and Senior Stormwater Engineer. Prior to this, Cheilo worked at AECOM as a Senior Engineer in Water & Infrastructure Services and at Mainzeal Property & Construction Ltd. as a Site Supervisor/Assistant Design Manager. Key projects include the Scene Apartments and Mt Smart Stadium East Stand. Cheilo completed a Master of Disaster Management with First Class Honours, along with a Bachelor in Engineering (Honours) and a Certificate of Proficiency in Construction Management from The University of Auckland.
