Leon Collins is a seasoned ICT Delivery Manager with extensive experience in technical leadership and people management, currently overseeing approximately 20 staff at Auckland Council. Leon has held various roles, including ICT Delivery Lead, Business Systems Manager, and Business Systems & SaaS Practice Manager, focusing on delivering high-value projects and effective business solutions. Prior experience includes significant positions at Spark New Zealand, Alcatel-Lucent, National Bank of New Zealand, and SITA, with responsibilities ranging from project management to operational oversight of multiple IT service teams.
