Holt Giesen

Holt Giesen is an experienced IT and customer success professional with a diverse background in software administration and support. Currently serving as an Enterprise Software Administrator at Auctane since June 2021, Holt functions as an IT Jack of All Trades while assisting the IT Director. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Mobile Tech RX, where responsibilities spanned the enterprise lifecycle from onboarding to support, and development of customer knowledge bases for over 5,000 users. Previous experience includes positions at Civitas Learning overseeing a portfolio of 300+ clients, IT Systems Lead, and Tier 2 Client Success at Bigcommerce. Holt began a career in technical support at Hewlett-Packard and gained initial experience in IT support at St. Edward's University.
