Stani Henriques is an experienced design leader with a robust background in user experience and product design across various industries. Currently serving as VP, Portfolio Head of Design for Investment Services at U.S. Bank since July 2021, Stani previously held the role of VP, Associate Director User Experience at ArisGlobal, where responsibility included building a team and overseeing the design of 12 applications in critical domains. Stani's earlier experience includes positions such as Principal UX Designer at ChenMed, where a unified product design vision was established, and Sr. User Experience Architect at Office Depot, where a design strategy for e-commerce was developed. Stani's career also encompasses roles at Citrix, Interval International, and Stani's Garage, showcasing expertise in user-centered design, digital strategy, team leadership, and branding. Stani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Alabama and has an additional education background from IUAJS.
