Christy Strawser

Christy Strawser is an experienced media professional currently serving as the Managing Editor - News at Audacy, Inc. since July 2021, overseeing various digital platforms for the news division of one of the largest audio companies in the U.S. In addition to this role, Christy has been the Midwest Digital Lead for ENTERCOM since November 2017, focusing on digital storytelling at the intersection of e-commerce and marketing. Previous positions include Digital Director at CBS Detroit, where responsibilities included managing web staff and overseeing content for CBS-owned stations, and Staff Writer/Web Editor at The Macomb Daily, where notable reporting on diverse topics was recognized. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Graduate Certificate in New Media Technology from Wayne State University.
