Cordes Mark has extensive experience in the financial industry. Cordes started their career at Bank of America in 1991, where they served as a Vice President until 1997. Cordes then joined Fleet Bank as a Managing Director, holding the position until 2004. After that, they worked at NewStar Financial as a Managing Director until 2007. Since 2008, they have been with Audax Private Equity in the role of Managing Director.
Cordes Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Babson College, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. Cordes later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Chicago, completing this program from 1994 to 1996.
