In these roles, they managed various talent programs, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Nancy has a strong track record of implementing effective HR strategies and developing programs to support the growth and success of organizations.
Nancy Galaski, CHRL has a CHRP Designation in Human Resources Management, obtained from the Human Resources Professional Association from 2008-2010. Nancy also attended Conestoga College from 2005-2008. In addition, Nancy is currently studying American Sign Language (ASL) at the Canadian Hearing Society since 2018. Nancy holds a certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
