KC Grzelka has over 20 years of work experience in various finance and management roles. They started their career as a Marketing Manager and later became an Accounting Manager at Moosejaw Mountaineering from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Production Manager at Wildwasser Sport. They then joined Moosejaw Mountaineering again as a Controller from 2003 to 2008. KC Grzelka also worked as a Controller at Environmental Fibers International from 2008 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been with Audigy, where they held positions such as Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, and currently, Strategic Business Unit Director. In their roles at Audigy, KC Grzelka managed the financial performance of multiple audiology clinics, built relationships with clinic owners, provided financial consulting, lead innovation projects, and collaborated on acquisition and succession plans.
KC Grzelka has a Masters degree in Education from DePaul University. They also have a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Additionally, they hold a Bachelors degree in Applied Photography - Marketing from the College for Creative Studies. KC Grzelka has also completed a certificate program in Effective Communication & Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training.
