Keith Suits has a diverse work experience that includes various roles in different companies. Keith started their career as a Rotational Intern at AIE in 2010. Following this, they joined Target in 2012 where they worked as an Executive Team Leader Intern. After that, they held different positions at Target, including Executive Team Leader - Guest Experience & Softlines and Executive Team Leader - Assets Protection. In 2015, they became an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, a position they held until 2017. Since 2017, Keith has been working at Audigy, where they started as a Professional Development Manager - Eastern United States. Over the years, they have progressed within the company and held roles such as Sr. Professional Development Manager, Program Manager, Director of People and Organizational Development, and currently serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development.
Keith Suits pursued their education in various institutions. Keith obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from West Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Oregon State University from 2010 to 2013, focusing on Business Management & International Business without obtaining a degree. In 2012, Keith briefly studied International Business at the City University of Hong Kong. Before their time at Oregon State University, they studied Business Management at Butte College from 2009 to 2010. Finally, in 2008 and 2009, they pursued Business Management at Pacific University.
