Clémence Jacob is a seasoned CRM professional with extensive experience in managing customer relationship strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Responsable CRM at AUDIKA since June 2019, Clémence has previously held similar roles at Caroll, GrandVision FRANCE, and Eurodif, focusing on customer engagement, data optimization, and performance reporting. Prior experience includes a marketing position at Galeries Lafayette - LE BHV MARAIS, where Clémence established a customer relationship marketing service and launched successful prospect databases and internet platforms. Clémence also has entrepreneurial experience, having created and sold jewelry and accessories, and has worked in product marketing for Revlon Professional and Parfums Issey Miyake, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales and manage marketing operations.
