Kristen Barbieri Lavie

Kristen Barbieri Lavie is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and talent management. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Manager at Audubon Nature Institute since 2016, Kristen has also held the position of Human Resources Generalist for the Gulf Region at Cummins Inc. since 2014. Prior roles include Human Resources Training & Development Specialist at McGlinchey Stafford, Human Resources Administrative Fellow at Ochsner Health System, and Graduate Intern in Organizational Development & Talent Management at Brookdale. Academically, Kristen holds an M.Ed in Organizational Leadership and a BMus in Psychology & Music from Vanderbilt University, complemented by education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
