Sarah Norman is the Co-Founder and CSO at Augmentive, a company that provides access to specialist support for psychological wellbeing and performance using technology. Prior to this role, Sarah ran their own private counselling practice and worked as a Counselling Therapist at Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster. Sarah also served as an Honorary Counsellor at Suffolk Mind and as a Practice Counsellor at Christmas Maltings Surgery. Sarah holds a degree in Counselling from the University of Essex and a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Bristol.
