Will Richards

Will Richards is currently working as the Talent Acquisition/Social Media Manager at Augustine Consulting, Inc. Will previously worked as the Break Bulk Operations Manager at Dole Food Company and held various leadership roles in the US Army, including Command Sergeant Major, Division G4 Sergeant Major, and S4 NCOIC at the 75th Ranger Regiment. Will also completed the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy and holds a Bachelor's of Professional Studies in Business Administration from Excelsior University.
