Komran has 30 years of construction experience working in many sectors including commercial buildings, heavy civil (roads, bridges, utilities, earthwork), and Railroad. He started as a field laborer at 18 years old and worked his way up through the ranks to Project Manager and Vice President of Operations. As Vice President of Operations for the Tracker Division, he is charged with building a sustainable business unit, while upholding the vision and values of AUI.
Prior to joining AUI, Komran spent some time at Facchina Construction Co. Inc., The Lane Construction Corporate, and SEMA Construction, Inc.
He brings with him a strong sense of relationship building, with both internal and external stakeholders, and the understanding that a positive company culture can foster growth and employee retainment. He has a true passion for the work he does.
