Varshini Raman is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and client success, currently serving as the Lead for Sourcing and Talent Acquisition at Aumni Techworks since February 2025. Prior to this role, Varshini worked at Nuclei from March 2022 to January 2025, holding positions as Client Success Manager and People & Culture Associate. Varshini began a career in talent acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Associate at DailyRounds / Marrow from June 2021 to February 2022, following an articled assistant role at Suri & Co., Chartered Accountants from July 2016 to June 2018. Varshini holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Work Remotely (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Meenakshi College For Women (2013-2016), along with completing 12th grade in Commerce at Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School (2012-2013).
