Bastien Sclafe has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Avionics Workshop Manager at AURA AERO since June 2020, where responsibilities include designing electrical and avionic systems, managing the production team, overseeing the certification process, and providing technical support for electrical propulsion aircraft. Prior experience includes a role as Ground Test Performer at Airbus from June 2016 to May 2020, where Sclafe conducted ground tests and Troubleshooting, and participated in the Ground Test Agility project, earning recognition in 2017. Sclafe's career began at ATR from July 2007 to June 2016 as an Avionics/Mechanic, focusing on electrical and equipment installation and ground test assistance. Sclafe holds a degree in avionics and electricity from Airbus Private School, completed in 2007.
