Jacques Rossi is the founder and president of CARTOON - Agence de Design, a design and brand strategy agency established in Toulouse for 40 years, with recent expansions into Paris, Lyon, and Rennes. Additionally, Jacques serves as an associate at AURA AERO and Axone, and is a co-founder of Black Mountain Compagnie, which aims to produce high-quality whiskies in the South-West of France. The venture began its journey towards establishing a distillery in 2018, introducing a range of blended whiskies. Jacques is also an associate at ABSOLUX, a luxury car dealership specializing in prestigious sports and classic cars. Educational background includes studying at TBS Education from 1990 to 1992 and earning a DPLG degree at the Ecole d'Architecture de Toulouse from 1973 to 1979.
